Support / Escalation Path

Three steps, in order.

Most issues are resolved at step one. Follow the sequence before contacting headquarters — it reduces resolution time for everyone.

Step 01

Consult the user's guide.

The user guide covers the most common setup, calibration, and operational issues. Video tutorials for each model are available in the same resource. Most questions are answered here.

Step 02

Contact your authorized distributor.

Your authorized NS CNC distributor is your first point of contact for hardware service, parts orders, and warranty claims. They have direct access to NS CNC technical resources.

Step 03

Contact NS CNC headquarters.

For issues your distributor cannot resolve, contact headquarters directly. Email info@nscnc.com or call +1 (888) 683–6807. The headquarters team handles escalated technical issues and warranty determinations.

Support / FAQ

Common questions about support and warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

All new NS CNC machines and components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective parts or components, at the manufacturer's discretion. Normal wear components — milling bits, coolant fluid, paint, and consumables — are excluded.

Who do I contact first — NS CNC or my distributor?

Contact your authorized NS CNC distributor first. They are your primary point of contact for service, parts, and warranty claims, and have direct access to NS CNC technical support resources. Contact headquarters directly only if the distributor cannot resolve the issue.

Where do replacement parts ship from?

All replacement parts ship from the NS CNC headquarters facility in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Are user guides available for every machine?

Yes. Every machine in the current NS CNC lineup ships with a complete user guide. A video tutorial library is available alongside each guide.

Are extended warranties available?

Yes. An extended warranty of one additional year is available, covering the same parts and labor as the standard 12-month warranty. Consumables and wear components remain excluded. Ask your authorized distributor for details.

Can I order parts directly from NS CNC?

Yes. Parts can be ordered through your authorized distributor or directly from NS CNC headquarters. Contact info@nscnc.com or call +1 (888) 683–6807 to confirm availability and lead time.
